Each standard package comes with enough tents for your party attendees. Each tent comes with twinkle lights, a memory foam twin mattress, bedding, decorative pillows, tray, lantern, name frame and sprinkled with magical pixie dust (just kidding). Tent rentals are delivered, assembled, and styled prior to the party and then packed up and picked up by the Moon Lark team the day after the party.

Add-ons are available for an additional cost. These include: Popcorn Machine and Popcorn Bags, Bowling Set, Telescope, Projector and Screen, Star Light Machine, and Party Favors.

Our tent rentals are not just for Birthday parties.  Sleepover memories should be created throughout your kid's childhood.  If you don't see a theme that speaks to your kids heart, please reach out and I will do my best to make their ideas a reality.  Isn't that why we always ask children what they want to be when they grow up?  Because they always come up with the best ideas!  

We require a $75 deposit to secure your booking, with the party balance to be paid on sleepover date. Your $75 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled prior to 7 days before your party. If cancelled within 7 days of your party the $75 is non-refundable. The security deposit of $75 will be refunded within 3-5 days after the rented items are picked up from the party.

All bedding and tent covers are laundered after each rental using sensitive washing detergent. Any decorative items are always disinfected and spot cleaned when necessary.

We can arrange the tents in many configurations to make them fit together in any space. If you are unsure, please send us a picture of the space available or arrange a pre-visit (for an additional fee) and we can check out how they will fit, this needs to be done prior to 7 days before your party date to avoid the $75 cancellation penalty should they not fit. 

Standard rental period is approximately 19 hours. For example: delivery and set up at 3pm on the 20th and collection and pack up at 12pm on the 21st. Longer rental times can be negotiated subject to availability.

A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for requests to change the date of their rental booking. The customer’s request may be granted if their preferred date is available. Cancellation within the 7 days will result in a forfeit of the $75 reservation deposit.
